Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking an Azure subject matter expert to guide customers through cloud adoption and own technical delivery across design, implementation and optimisation. You will design Azure Landing Zones, apply CAF, and deliver secure, scalable infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.

The role requires hands-on experience with end-to-end Azure solution design and strong customer-facing consulting skills, including mentoring and workshops to produce clear designs and handovers.

We’re looking for an Azure subject matter expert with strong consulting skills and hands‑on experience designing and delivering Azure environments end to end. You’ll guide customers through cloud adoption and own technical delivery across platform design, implementation and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enhance Azure Landing Zones, including identity, networking, security, governance and management.
• Apply the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to support cloud adoption, migration and platform maturity.
• Assess customer environments and translate business requirements into practical Azure solutions.
• Deliver secure, scalable infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
• Act as the Azure SME, providing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance.
• Lead customer workshops and produce solution designs, documentation and handovers.
• Deep Azure expertise with ownership of end‑to‑end solution design and delivery.
• Proven hands‑on experience implementing Azure Landing Zones and applying CAF on customer projects.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, Entra ID, Azure Policy, RBAC, security, monitoring and subscription management.
• Experience delivering cloud migrations and infrastructure automation.
• Strong customer‑facing consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and advise stakeholders confidently.
