St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician – Clinical Trials. You will work within a clinical trials pharmacy environment, supporting pharmacists with trial dispensing, documentation, stock management and aseptic preparations.

Responsibilities

Your Contribution

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate IV in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician) or equivalent qualification awarded by a Registered Training Organisation.

• Previous clinical trials pharmacy technician experience (preferred).

• Sterile compounding experience (preferred).

• Previous hospital pharmacy technician experience (essential).

• Advanced computer knowledge and skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A valid Australian work visa.

• A current National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain one.

St Vincent's Hospital Pharmacy Department provides decentralised pharmacy services from several satellite pharmacies located within patient treatment areas. We provide pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients and correctional facilities. Pharmacy Technicians are an integral part of the pharmacy support team, working alongside pharmacists within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment to deliver patient-focused care.
