Job summary
Barwon Health is seeking a qualified Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to coordinate and deliver clinical trials across Endocrinology and Infectious Diseases in Geelong. This permanent part-time role (64 hours per fortnight) blends nursing expertise with research skills to support participants, manage trial activities, and ensure studies follow approved protocols.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Prior clinical trial experience desirable.
- GCP training required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct clinical trials across Endocrinology and Infectious Diseases.
- Support participant recruitment, screening, enrolment and retention.
- Provide compassionate, respectful and culturally sensitive participant care.
- Provide participants with clear, accurate and timely trial information.
- Build relationships with participants, families and research teams.
- Conduct clinical assessments and protocol-specific procedures.
- Support governance, monitoring, safety reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with the wider team while managing responsibilities autonomously.
