Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Aged Care Needs Assessments.
• Experience in determining client’s needs in a community or health-related position.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical advice.
• Determining the eligibility of a client for an Aged Care Needs Assessment.
• Undertaking reviews of clients’ needs.
