Everyday Independence is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on the Clinical Supervisor role in Melton and surrounding suburbs. You will mentor early‑career therapists, lead clinical education, and drive evidence‑based practice to improve participant outcomes.

You’ll work within a supportive team, benefit from structured mentoring, and have opportunities to advance leadership and clinical education pathways while contributing to a values‑driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Holds a degree in Occupational Therapy and current general registration with AHPRA.
• Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist.
• Brings strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Has experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
• Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and champions inclusive practices.
• Brings a solutions-focused mindset and a passion for achieving meaningful participant outcomes.

Job title - Clinical Supervisor - Occupational Therapist

Location - Melton and surrounding suburbs including: Caroline Springs, Taylors Hill, St Albans, Sunbury, Keilor, Diggers Rest, Fraser Rise, Woodend and Bacchus Marsh.

Employment Type - Full time

Salary - $91,118 - $112,646 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000
