Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Project Management team in Sydney. Coordinate clinical trials from start-up to close-out, manage participant activities, prepare and maintain study documentation and ensure data quality.

Working with a collaborative team, you will gain exposure to the full clinical trial lifecycle, benefit from structured learning and development opportunities, and progress toward CRC Level 2 and leadership roles.

Qualifications

About the role

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is a key member of Nucleus Network's Project Management team, responsible for coordinating clinical trials from start-up to completion.

In this role, you will manage participant activities, prepare and maintain study documentation, support safety and monitoring processes, and ensure the collection of high-quality, accurate data in accordance with approved protocols and regulatory requirements.

Working alongside a collaborative and experienced team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of clinical trials while gaining valuable experience and benefiting from structured learning and development opportunities.

Build a long-term career with clear pathways to CRC Level 2, Senior CRC and leadership opportunities as you grow your expertise and capability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and data integrity.
• Support participants, safety monitoring and protocol compliance.

• Perform clinical procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, cannulation and venepuncture, with training provided.
