Job summary

Northern Health in Melbourne’s northern region is recruiting for a Clinical Psychology Registrar. The two-year rotational program offers exposure to two different clinical services within NHMHD and provides access to educational opportunities and supervision.

The role focuses on delivering assessments and interventions within a multidisciplinary team, with pathways toward endorsement and potential ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Full registration as a psychologist with the PBA (obtained by start date of the program).
• Masters or Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology approved by the ACPA.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and ongoing ability to use this form of transport.
• Current Working with Children’s Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidenced based assessments and psychological interventions to consumers presenting with a broad range of high- and low-prevalence disorders.
• Work effectively with consumers, their families and other supports
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary including our Lived Experience workforce
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
