Job summary

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment - Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a short-term casual/temporary contract with a regional public hospital.

You'll provide clinical pharmacy services across inpatient wards, perform medication reconciliation and discharge planning, and collaborate with medical and nursing teams. Accommodation and return travel are provided for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration.
• Australian hospital pharmacy experience (public or private).
• Confidence working independently on wards.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient care.

We're partnering with a regional public hospital in regional VIC find an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a short-term contract role.

This role is suited to pharmacists with hospital experience who are confident working independently across wards in a supportive team environment. Please note, this position is not suitable for interns or international candidates.

What's on offer

• $70-$80 per hour + super, depending on experience
• Accommodation provided

• 8-12 week contract with potential for extension

The role

Your responsibilities will include:
