Knox Private Hospital in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Clinicial Nurse Specialist to lead advanced nursing care in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ENT and paediatrics. You will mentor staff, promote best practice and work with multidisciplinary teams to drive outcomes.

The role requires RN registration with AHPRA, 4+ years in acute settings and postgraduate credentials in a relevant specialty, with a commitment to patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 4 years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
• 3 years in Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, ENT and/or Paediatrics.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centred care.
• Postgraduate qualifications (or working towards) in a relevant specialty will be highly regarded.
