Job summary

Galderma in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead clinical education and injectables training across our aesthetics portfolio. You’ll partner with healthcare practitioners, clinic teams and KOLs to deliver education programs and support safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

This hands-on role requires current Division 1 RN, 2–5 years in cosmetic injecting or medical aesthetics, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• RN with Division 1 registration and current practicing certificate.
• 2–5 years' experience in cosmetic injecting, dermatology, plastics or medical aesthetics.
• Proven ability to deliver clinical education to healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical judgement in patient assessment, planning and documentation.
• Experience leading workshops, training sessions or education programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with HCPs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and training across Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio within your region.
• Support HCPs through product education, workshops and KOL-led events.
• Provide clinical support at education sessions, Aesthetic Academy programs and forums.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure compliant, practical education.
• Mentor clinical trainers and contribute to training materials.
• Represent Galderma’s portfolio in the field and build capability in aesthetics.

About the Job
We are seeking aClinical Nurse Specialistto join our team based inBrisbane, QLD

This is a great opportunity for an experienced aesthetic nurse who is passionate about clinical education, injectable treatments and supporting healthcare practitioners to deliver safe, confident and high-quality patient outcomes.

In this role, you'll represent Galderma's world-leading aesthetics portfolio, partnering with HCPs, clinic teams, KOLs and internal stakeholders to deliver clinical training, support education programs and help grow capability across the region.

You're be hands-on, visible in the field and trusted as a clinical partner to practitioners who are building confidence and capability in aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and training across Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio within your region.
• Support HCPs through clinical training, product education, workshops and KOL-led events.
• Provide clinical support at education sessions, Aesthetic Academy programs, forums and industry workshops.
• Partner with HCPs, KOLs, KEEs and clinic teams to build confidence and capability in safe, effective treatment delivery.
• Support adverse event consultation and guidance in line with Galderma protocols.
• Mentor National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers and provide clinical input into training materials as needed.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and clinical teams to ensure education is practical, compliant and aligned to business priorities.

Ideally you will have

• Current Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in cosmetic injecting, dermatology, plastics or medical aesthetics.
• Confidence delivering clinical education to HCPs, from beginner through to advanced aesthetic practitioners.
• Strong clinical judgement across patient assessment, injectable treatment planning, delivery, evaluation and documentation.
• Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, clinical forums or education programs.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with HCPs, clinic teams and internal stakeholders.
• A clear, confident and professional communication style.
• A strong understanding of compliance, clinical governance and safe practice standards.
