Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a part-time nurse to provide expert clinical care for patients undergoing pre-procedural and preoperative preparation across surgical and gastroenterological conditions. The role supports the Pre-Admission Clinic and Theatre Bookings Unit, collaborates with Theatre and Gastroenterology services, and leads educational activities while guiding nursing staff in complex situations.

• Provide teaching to both consumers/patients and their families to facilitate learning and enable them to move towards independence.
