Primary Objective:

This nursing role plays a pivotal part in the development of ASH ED junior staff by providing mentorship and guidance, fostering a supportive learning environment. ED Clinical nurse specialists engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and safety, while assisting the nurse educator in the delivery of educational programs.
