Queensland Government is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant - First Nations Emergency Department to provide advanced clinical leadership at Princess Alexandra Hospital Emergency Department in Brisbane. You will lead initiatives to improve access and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, support follow-up care, and mentor staff to strengthen cultural capability.

Formación

• Demonstrated advanced nursing knowledge and sound clinical judgement in emergency care.
• Strong understanding of First Nations health and culturally safe care.
• Proven ability to mentor and support colleagues and influence practice.

• Support patient-centred follow-up and care coordination, including for patients who discharge against medical advice.
