Job summary

About the role
Join the Dubbo Mental Health Inpatient Units and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care.

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will be a valued member of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical leadership, nursing coordination and consultancy services across a diverse range of patients, staff and healthcare professionals.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will model the CORE Values while supporting the delivery of safe, effective and contemporary mental health nursing care. You will use your clinical expertise to guide practice, strengthen collaborative relationships and drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
