Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our Community Services team in Biloela. This permanent full-time role focuses on developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing care plans, and conducting comprehensive resident assessments within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

You will hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and extensive experience, especially in acute or aged care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Extensive nursing experience in acute or aged care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
