About the roleThe Clinical Nurse - Renal Research and Clinical Trials provides advanced clinical nursing care and expert clinical support for consumers participating in renal research studies and clinical trials within the Metro North Kidney Health Service at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. The role combines specialised clinical nursing practice with research coordination activities to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and the successful conduct of renal clinical research.The successful candidate will work closely with study participants, principal investigators and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate clinical trial activities, support participant recruitment and follow-up, maintain research documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice standards.
