Estia Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to lead and support our care teams across our aged care residences in Australia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical care, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting safety and well‑being for residents and staff.

You will demonstrate leadership, ensure AHPRA registration is current, and maintain compliance with AN‑ACC requirements while upholding the organisation’s person‑centred philosophy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical care.
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
