Metro North Health seeks an expert clinician to lead excellence in maternity care within a leading tertiary birthing service in Brisbane. You will provide advanced clinical leadership, guide evidence-based practice for women, babies and families, and mentor midwifery professionals across multidisciplinary teams.

You will drive innovation, collaborate across boundaries, and promote continuous learning and professional development within a values-driven, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced specialist expertise in leading tertiary birthing services.
• Experience in complex care planning and guiding best-practice maternity care across teams.
• Leadership, mentoring and education of midwifery professionals.
