Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a registered Midwife to lead high-quality maternity care across our communities. You will combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement to deliver safe, compassionate care centred on the needs of every family.

You will coach colleagues, work with multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex cases and champion safety and quality improvements.

• Registration with NMBA as a Midwife.
• Strong clinical capability in maternity care.
• Commitment to quality improvement and lifelong learning.
