Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking a Clinical Manager at our Salter Point facility to lead high-quality, person-centred care for 110 residents. You will oversee clinical and allied health services, care planning, medication management and quality improvement, providing mentorship and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will partner with facility leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, retention and budget management, while upholding BaptistCare's compassionate, Christ-centered

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care.
• Strong capability in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to interpret clinical and financial reports.
• Alignment with BaptistCare's values and Christian identity.

Job description

• Permanent Full-time position | Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Based in the beautiful riverside suburb of Salter Point, with easy access to local amenities and transport options

About the role:

As the Clinical Manager at our 110-bed Salter Point facility, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents receive the support they need to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Working closely with residents, families and the wider team, you will oversee clinical and allied health services, including care planning, medication management, clinical incidents and quality improvement. You will provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to staff, supporting professional development, performance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.

You will also work closely with facility leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, retention and budget management, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
