Job summary

Framework Search & Select is recruiting an experienced psychologist to move beyond caseload management and influence an entire team. You will shape clinical direction, service development and team capability with senior leaders and supervisors, while maintaining a balance of clinical work and leadership responsibilities.

You will mentor clinicians, uphold standards, contribute to growth, and influence new services in a modern Adelaide clinic environment with strong admin support.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology.
• Full AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist.
• Board Approved Supervisor status.
• Medicare provider number or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated senior clinical, leadership or supervision experience - or a strong desire to step into leadership.
• A passion for mentoring, developing and supporting other psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor early-career and developing psychologists.
• Support clinicians to build their confidence, capability and clinical skills.
• Help shape clinical standards, processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice.
• Provide leadership and guidance around complex clinical presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and the overall client experience.
• Influence the direction of new services and clinical initiatives.
