Fixio in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to mentor and educate a team of ambitious clinicians while delivering high-quality care. You will design CPD calendars, run group mentoring, and conduct co-consults with junior staff.

You will manage a private practice caseload, drive career progression, and benefit from a generous remuneration package, including a caseload bonus and a dedicated CPD budget, with flexible roster options to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a private practice physiotherapist in Australia.
• Currently undergoing the Titling Process could suit this role.
• Ability to mentor and educate junior clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Design and Implement the CPD Calendar based on team needs.
• Weekly or Fortnightly Group Clinical Mentoring.
• Conducting co-consults where junior physios observe and learn.
• Conducting Expert Second Opinion Consultations for complex cases.
• Structured 1-to-1 tutorials with New Grads and junior clinicians.
• Assisting in onboarding new clinicians to the company.
