The Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) within SA Health's Women’s and Children’s Health Network invites applications for the Clinical Lead – Infant and Parent Therapy. Lead the Infant and Parent Therapy portfolio, support therapists and drive service delivery across a multidisciplinary team in South Australia.

This full-time, 12-month contract offers a salary from $112,139 to $120,284 plus 12% super and salary sacrifice benefits, along with salary packaging options and relocation support

Qualifikationen

• Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or a degree with general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams in a changing clinical environment.
• Extensive experience supervising clinical staff and students, including psychosocial assessment and care for children and families with complex needs.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical quality improvement, risk management, service coordination and staff leadership.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards, trauma-informed care, child development and evidence-based interventions.
