Job summary

Carestaff Nursing Agency – Central Coast NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to move into teaching as a Clinical Facilitator in Newcastle/Central Coast. This casual/temporary role focuses on guiding nursing students through placements and building practical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing.
• Completion (or current enrolment) in Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course.
• Strong communication skills across clinical teams, educators and students.
• Solid written skills for student assessments and documentation.
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or teaching/facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing students during placements and help them develop practical, hands-on skills.
• Liaise with clinical teams, educators and students to coordinate placements.
