Australian Skin Clinics Hawksburn seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results.

You will foster a positive, high-performing culture, drive clinic performance, and collaborate with the Franchise Owner to identify growth opportunities while supporting your team's development and success.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or a service-based environment.
Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving KPIs and business targets.
Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills.
A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
The ability to balance commercial success with people leadership.
