Job summary

SILK Laser Clinics is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead, coach and inspire a team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results. You will partner with your Franchise Owner to grow the business, foster a positive culture, and ensure premium service standards across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or service environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI targets.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
• Customer-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or similar (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
