Results Laser Clinic in New South Wales is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary beauty and laser team, driving service excellence and sales performance. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and ensure outstanding client experiences across laser hair removal and skin treatments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous management experience.
• Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with at least 2 yrs exp.
• Laser hair removal experience is preferable but not essential.
• Have good knowledge of the skin and professional treatments/services.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.

Responsabilités

• Manage & develop a team.

• Staff rostering.
• Laser hair removal on men and women.
