Australian Skin Clinics Chermside is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results. The role focuses on building a positive, high‑performing culture while driving clinic performance and client satisfaction.

You will partner with the Franchise Owner to identify growth opportunities and ensure premium service standards across daily operations. The position is available as either part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service/health or retail setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and business targets.
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy preferred.
