Job summary

SILK Laser Clinics Cairns is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to blend clinical expertise with people leadership. You will support the Clinic Manager to drive team performance, client satisfaction and operational excellence while continuing to deliver advanced laser and skin treatments.

This leadership role focuses on coaching team members, leading by example, and driving clinic performance through strong client outcomes and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with team development and performance coaching.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with high client care standards.
• Proven ability to work toward KPIs and business goals.
• Experience training or mentoring staff in a clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing team within the clinic.
• Deliver laser and skin treatments to high clinical standards.
• Conduct professional consultations and create personalised treatment plans.
• Assist Clinic Manager with day-to-day operations and performance driving.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and success.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional skincare recommendations.

• Deliver advanced laser and skin treatments to the highest clinical standards

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy is preferred
• Experience using medical-grade laser devices, with Candela experience highly regarded
• Proven success as a high-performing Laser & Skin Therapist
• Previousleadership, seniortherapistor team coaching experience preferred
• Strong communicationand customer service skills
• Confidence working towards KPIs and business goals
• A passion for developing people and supporting team success
• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
