Job summary

Nestworth is expanding and seeks a Client Service Manager/Associate to join the Canberra Advice team. You will collaborate with Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and support the growth of trusted relationships.

You will oversee onboarding and ongoing service, coordinate the offshore paraplanners and admin team, and ensure timely, compliant advice presentations to clients. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential in our fast-paced

Qualifications

Degree or higher in Financial Planning or similar (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Financial Planning CRM software is preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Financial Adviser and their Advice pods on all facets of financial planning on both new business and ongoing service.
Accountability for overseeing the production of compliant financial advice and strategy presentations to clients in a timely, efficient manner.
Manage workflow of your offshore paraplanners and admin support team ensuring client service standards are consistently met.
Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with clients.
