Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Client Solutions Director in Australia to drive revenue growth by winning large, strategically important clients across multiple industries. You will align with WTW specialists to tailor solutions and oversee bids, RFPs, and pipeline management while acting as a strong brand ambassador.

Description

The Client Solutions Director will drive new business sales opportunities across a variety of industries and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business.

The Role
  • Identify, qualify, and attract new clients by understanding their risks and aligning with WTW subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions to larger clients.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline [display pipeline discipline], oversee bid strategies, and coordinate RFP responses to drive business growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening WTW’s reputation in the market through networking, client meetings and industry engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams, leading new business opportunities through to a win.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating needs and expectations for successful execution.
  • Adopt WTW sales best-practice processes and methodologies to ensure a consistent, ‘One WTW’ client experience.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record of success in winning large, strategically important clients within the commercial risk/insurance or professional services industry.
  • Experience working within a sales environment with proven results, and willingness to align to existing methodologies and best-practice sales approaches.
  • Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to effectively utilize them to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation.
