• Experience leading and developing teams in a service-based environment.
• Experience supporting people experiencing vulnerability or complex circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on complex matters, help your team navigate challenging situations and ensure clients receive a high standard of service.
• You'll monitor team performance, quality and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve the way we support our clients.
• As a Team Leader, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Consultants who support a portfolio of clients with complex financial and legal needs.
