Job summary

Bentley in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Officer to own frontline client service, support advice implementation and account administration, with scope to develop into paraplanning or team leadership.

You will manage front-line client queries, establish and maintain Wrap accounts, process pension payments and assist with ROAs, AML/KYC, and liaise with advisers and platforms while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial advice business.
• Strong communication and client administration skills.
• Experience with advice implementation and ROA's.
• Exposure to HNW, complex clients will be favourable.
• Resilient, reliable and highly collaborative approach.

• Assist with advice implementation and strategic recommendations
• Complete AML/KYC for clients including SMSF and trust accounts
• Prepare ROA's and provide basic paraplanning support
• Liaise with clients, advisers, platforms and external providers
• Support broader process and operational improvements
