Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused individual to be the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services in Adelaide. You will support residents and families on their journey into residential aged care and help build lasting referrals.

In this role you will handle in‑person, phone and email inquiries with a can‑do attitude; maintain paperwork; showcase the home to prospective residents; and apply your sales and negotiation skills to secure new referral sources

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of Aged Care, fees and funding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brings a friendly customer service approach in person, on the phone or by email.
• Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc.
• Showcases the home to future residents and their families.
• Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources.
• Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential).

About the Role

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.
