Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is recruiting a Client Services Manager to lead admissions at the South Bunbury residence. You will coordinate tours, guide families through the admission journey and maintain occupancy with strong liaison to hospitals and care partners.

Ideally you bring aged care administration experience, exceptional customer service and robust organisational skills. This full-time role supports the opening in 2026 with a focus on compassionate, high-quality consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of aged care admission requirements, including financial components.
• Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in health, community or aged care administration.
• High attention to detail.
• Current driver's licence
• Current Police Check (within 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions and waitlists for the residence.
• Coordinate and deliver tours for prospective families.
• Support residents and representatives throughout the admission journey.
• Visit potential residents at home or in hospital to assess suitability.
• Build relationships with key referral partners including hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices and placement agencies.
• Maintain optimal occupancy across the residence.
• Ensure all admission documentation and assessments are accurate and uptodate.
• Support a smooth, positive transition for new residents.

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support the establishment of our new South Bunbury residence and ensure a highquality, customerfocused admissions experience. This is a Full Time position (Monday-Friday).

You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, ensuring a warm, informed and compassionate introduction to residential aged care. You will also work closely with our Client Services and Commissioning teams to implement consistent processes, support a smooth opening and ensure a highquality customer experience from the outset.
