Job summary

Hearing Australia Bateman’s Bay centre is seeking a Client Service Specialist to greet clients, answer enquiries, and manage reception duties.

You’ll support clinicians, process claims, book appointments, and handle data entry, with training provided during a two-week full-time onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and handle counter and phone enquiries.
  • Cover reception, booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, monthly reports.
  • Liaise with diverse clients including children and adults with complex needs.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Assist clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid use.

  • Working at Batemans Bay hearing centre, with support to Nowra on occasion
  • This role will include an initial two-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm), to support the completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements.

As a Client Service Specialist, You’ll Support And Empower Clients Of All Backgrounds. Working Side By Side With People Who Go The Extra Mile, You’ll Also Love The Feeling Of Helping Children And Adults Who Need Us. Here’s How You’ll Do It:

  • You’ll greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
  • You’ll cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
  • You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • You’ll assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
