Job summary

Prosperity Advisers is seeking a Client Service Manager for our Financial Services team in Brisbane. You will deliver exceptional client support, build strong relationships with clients and advisers, and ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial planning support, strong communication, and a solid understanding of compliance processes. Join a collaborative team dedicated to client success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up.
• Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal advisers.
• Maintain client database accuracy and completeness.
• Manage client queries as they arise.
• Request, collate and review information from existing and new clients.
• Develop and maintain internal process documents to streamline business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager whotakes pride in delivering exceptional support to clients and advisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparedocumentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up

About You
