Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead a major integrated client partnership within the beauty and consumer healthcare space. You will own a significant portfolio, champion creativity and effectiveness, and influence senior executives to drive commercial growth.

You'll manage cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, and data, building deep client relationships and delivering against business and brand objectives with a focus on measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for a Client Partnerto lead a major integrated client partnership within the global beauty and consumer healthcare space.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a significant portfolio, collaborate across a high-performing cross-functional team, and influence business outcomes at the senior levels. You’ll be a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, a champion of creativity and effectiveness, and a driving force behind commercial growth.

Responsibilities

As the senior client lead, you’ll be responsible for building deep, enduring partnerships and ensuring every piece of creative work delivers against both business and brand objectives.

You’ll:

• Be a leader across an integrated agency team spanning strategy, creative, media, production, data and customer experience
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a strategic partner to their business
• Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities, solving complex business challenges and unlocking additional value across the wider Publicis Groupe
• Oversee commercial performance, including forecasting, profitability, revenue growth and risk management
• Ensure exceptional delivery of integrated campaigns and programs from brief through to execution
• Partner with agency leadership across disciplines to produce work that is effective, innovative and culturally impactful
• Lead, mentor and develop a talented account team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and great leadership. You’ll likely have:

• Significant experience leading large integrated client relationships within a creative or integrated agency environment
• Proven success managing complex portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial capability, including ownership of revenue, forecasting and profitability targets
• Experience influencing senior executive stakeholders and navigating large matrix organisations
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas with confidence and credibility
• A collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and builds strong cross-functional partnerships
