Lawson Elliott Recruitment in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering tax and advisory services while coordinating work between in-house and offshore staff.

You will lead client meetings, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships, with a focus on quality, efficiency and leadership development within a friendly, boutique firm that values long-term collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Australian public practice.
• Experience reviewing/mentoring staff (offshore experience a plus).
• Proficient in Xero/XPM and cloud-based accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, delivering tax and business advisory services and acting as the primary contact for clients.
• Oversee workflow, capacity planning and job allocation across the team.
• Review work prepared by local and offshore staff for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead client meetings and clearly communicate outcomes to nurture lasting relationships.
