Job summary

All About Caring seeks an experienced Client Manager to lead a portfolio of disability services with a relationship-focused approach. You will engage clients, families and clinicians, ensuring safe, person-centred and high-quality supports.

The role involves supervising support workers, maintaining compliance with NDIS standards, and collaborating across teams to drive continuous service improvements and positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or community services sector.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and SIL Practice Standards.
• Experience leading and coaching frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients across service types.
• Build relationships with clients, families, coordinators and clinicians.
• Lead reviews and monitor services to meet client goals.
• Provide supervision to support workers.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service quality.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and growth.
