Job summary

CMG Audio Visual & Touring in Australia is seeking a professional and personable Audio-Visual Technician to join our full-time team. You will be embedded within a team environment, delivering seamless support for meetings, conferences, presentations, and large-scale live events.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of AV experience, strong knowledge of audio-visual systems and signal flow, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate AV, events, or technical production.
• 1–2 years of AV experience required.
• Strong knowledge of signal flow and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily setup, operation, and pack-down of AV equipment.
• Support meetings, conferences, presentations, and live events.
• Operate audio, vision, presentation, and video systems.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support.
• Liaise with corporate stakeholders, presenters, and VIP guests.
• Maintain presentation spaces and AV equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
• Deliver a polished, professional client experience.
