Job summary

PictureWealth in Australia is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to support existing clients with annual reviews and coordinate with Financial Advisers. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, delivering clear, friendly guidance and building trust over calls.

Based in Broadbeach or Brisbane, you’ll work in a supportive team with flexible options. No prior financial advice experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow in client services.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, appointment setting, retention or client support would be highly regarded.
• Experience using CRM systems or working in financial services, real estate, health, education, hospitality or another people-focused industry would also be beneficial.
• You don’t need to come from financial advice — we’ll teach you the industry side. What matters most is that you’re confident speaking with people, eager to learn and willing to put in the work.

Responsibilities

• Calling existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with Financial Advisers
• Explaining the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional way
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy and confidence
• Supporting advisers with calendar management, scheduling and workflow coordination
• Updating client records and keeping CRM/internal systems accurate and up to date
• Helping ensure each client journey is smooth, organised and well-managed from start to finish

About The Role

This is not a typical admin or reception role — and it’s not a high-pressure sales role either.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll help existing clients understand the value of their annual financial review and book them in with one of our Financial Advisers.

You’ll often be one of the first and most consistent voices our clients hear from PictureWealth, so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly and create a positive experience will be key.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by outcomes and passionate about delivering genuine client care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Calling existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with Financial Advisers
• Explaining the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional way
• Following up with clients for information, documents and service agreement completionHandling inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy and confidence
• Supporting advisers with calendar management, scheduling and workflow coordination
• Updating client records and keeping CRM/internal systems accurate and up to date
• Helping ensure each client journey is smooth, organised and well-managed from start to finish
