Enhanced Movement is a premium Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology practice serving the Brisbane area. We are seeking a Client Experience Officer / Receptionist to greet clients, process payments, answer phones, and assist practitioners, contributing to a first-class client experience.

The role emphasizes initiative, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic. It offers a casual reception position of approximately 15-20 hours per week at the Coorparoo clinic with daily

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE -- Client Experience Officer / Receptionist

Enhanced Movement is a premium Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology practice, specialising at providing high quality care to our community across the Brisbane Area.

Due to our high demand we are looking for a passionate Admin/Reception team member to provide outstanding client experiences and assisting in helping people to move well and feel great again!

A casual reception position of (approx 15-20hours / week) is available in our Coorparoo clinic.

Your role will focus on provide exceptional reception care to our amazing clients, supporting and articulating their needs to relevant practitioners, Doctor or Care Coordinators.

The successful applicant will be join a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class. This includes encouraging clients to enjoy coffee, herbal tea and attending to their needs.

You’ll be responsible for assisting the practice manager, and taking over reception duties as required, which may sometimes be at short notice.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Success Profile

The successful applicant will need to be available to either start early (7am) or finish late (7pm) - not both
