Job summary

Honey Birdette is seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to elevate the luxury client experience across our boutique network in Australia. You will partner closely with Boutique Managers, Area Leaders, and the National Retail Manager to bring our Client Concierge program to life, creating elevated experiences that strengthen client loyalty and engagement.

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a Honey Birdette Boutique or a luxury retail environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful client relationships.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and elevate the luxury in-store appointment experience across all Honey Birdette boutiques.
• Partner with Boutique Managers and Area Leaders to continuously enhance the client journey.
• Coordinate and execute VIP client experiences, Sip & Shop events, and other concierge initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through personalised engagement.
• Develop creative client loyalty strategies that drive repeat visits and long-term brand advocacy.
• Create engaging social media content, including Instagram stories, reels, and event coverage.
• Ensure boutique-generated content aligns with Honey Birdette's brand standards and voice.
• Design and deliver training resources to support exceptional service and client engagement.
• Monitor program performance, client engagement metrics, and social media insights, providing regular reporting.
• Collaborate with retail leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Client Concierge program.

The Role

As our Client Concierge Specialist, you will be the driving force behind Honey Birdette's luxury client experience, ensuring every boutique appointment feels personal, memorable, and truly exceptional. You will partner closely with Boutique Managers, Area Leaders, and the National Retail Manager to bring our Client Concierge program to life, creating elevated experiences that strengthen client loyalty and engagement across our global boutique network.

You'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of client concierge initiatives, support the execution of VIP events, develop engaging training content, and help shape our social media presence through creative, brand-aligned content. No two days will be the same, as you'll be balancing client engagement, content creation, training, reporting, and operational excellence.

You'll be passionate about client experience, naturally creative, highly organised, and thrive on building meaningful relationships. You'll know how to create memorable moments that delight clients, inspire boutique teams, and bring the Honey Birdette brand to life both in-store and online.
