Job summary

Department of the Senate in Canberra is seeking an experienced senior manager to oversee parliamentary operations and provide strategic leadership across committees and offices, delivering high‑level services to the Senate.

You will mentor staff, deliver authoritative advice to senators and committees, coordinate cross‑agency services, and drive governance, performance, and reform across the parliamentary service.

Qualifications

• Candidates will have strong managerial expertise and experience leading staff.
• Ability to provide strategic advice to parliamentary bodies.
