Job summary

Woolworths Group is hiring for a Customer Service and Cleaning Associate in our stores. Join Woolies Proactive Services to keep trolleys available and stores pristine, ensuring a hygienic environment for customers and colleagues.

You'll sweep floors, clean walls and bathrooms, collect trolleys from car parks, assist customers, and learn to operate a range of cleaning tools with full training. Flexible shifts from 6am or 5pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
• Positive, customer-focused approach with a passion for retail.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room.
• Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers with questions and directions.
• Attend to daily tasks and operate cleaning equipment safely.
