ESS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across our village accommodation on mining sites. You will lead a team of 12+ staff, conduct pre-start meetings, and coordinate rosters and training to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. It offers an 8:6 roster, 4 weeks annual leave, and various training and development opportunities within a modern village setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in mining or large-scale commercial cleaning and housekeeping.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.
• Proven leadership, effective decision-making, strong organisational skills, and high attention to detail, along with working to deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Open driver’s license.

The Position – Cleaning Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across our village accommodation:

• Deliver pre-start meetings and facilitate training sessions with a team of 12+ staff
• Manage workforce planning, including; planning cleaning runs, task allocation and contingency planning
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of cleaning supplies

Ensuring full compliance with Site Safety Protocols inline with both Company and Client Safety Standards, as well as communicating effectively with site management and address client needs promptly.

The Person
