Nepali lai kaam is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor for a full-time role. The position requires visiting multiple cleaning sites, managing cleaners, and coordinating daily operations from an early start time of 6:00 AM.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, be reliable and well-organised, with strong communication and staff-management skills. A valid driver licence and own vehicle are required for travel between sites.

Responsabilidades

• Visit and supervise different cleaning sites.
• Manage cleaners and daily site operations.
• Allocate staff and arrange shift coverage.
• Train new cleaners and conduct toolbox talks.
• Manage site keys, alarms and access procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Check cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate with clients and resolve site issues.
• Complete daily operational reports.
