Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland are seeking a Cleaning Manager to ensure the contract complies with Health & Safety policies and COSHH risk assessments. You will act as the liaison for our client and OCS management, organise rotas and wage paperwork, manage equipment and stock, and provide regular performance reporting.

The role requires strong people management and excellent communication skills, with a focus on high standards and client liaison. Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

You will act as the first point of contact for our client and OCS management, work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns, organise rotas, and complete wage and other paperwork. Additionally, you will manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, assist with training, and provide regular reporting on operational performance.

About The Role
