Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our onsite team in Ipswich, Queensland. The role involves vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, waste handling, and ensuring areas are neat and tidy; full training provided if needed.

Shift pattern: Monday and Friday 11:00–16:00. Good English, strong communication, and reliability are essential. You'll be part of a long-standing company focused on safer, cleaner environments.

Qualifications

• Social and communication skills required.
• Good oral and written English.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: vacuuming, dusting, surfaces, and floors.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas; follow instructions to standard.
• Regularly dispose of waste and handle waste bins properly.
• Ensure safe and thorough cleaning inspections and treatments as needed.

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
• To carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
• Dust control/vacuum and mop floors & Buff/Polish floors where needed
• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy.
• Alongside,Empty and reline waste bins & dispose of rubbish

Skills & experience required

• Do you have good social and communication skills?
• Do you have good oral and written English?
• Do you have experience within a similar role? if not full training will be given
